Four New methods for keeping Edible Fungi fresh
The mushroom body of edible mushroom is easy to brown and rotten, and it is not easy to preserve, which affects the commercial value of edible mushroom. In this paper, several new fresh-keeping methods of edible fungi are introduced. 1. The new method of chemical preservation of Pleurotus ostreatus removes impurities from fresh Pleurotus ostreatus and spreads it flat on a clean plastic film. Make a certain concentration of chemical antistaling agent (0.3% calcium propionate, 0.1% potassium sorbate, 0.25% sodium sulfite) solution, spray the front and back of Pleurotus ostreatus evenly with a sprayer, then put it into a fully enclosed plastic bag and store it in a clean and hygienic place.

There are many wonderful ways to keep edible fungi fresh.
Because edible fungi generally have high water content, rich nutrition, tender texture and strong physiological and biochemical activities, if they are not sold and processed in time after harvest, their commodity quality will be seriously affected, resulting in greater economic losses. In order to avoid the loss of edible fungi which can not be sold or processed in time after harvest, mushroom farmers must master the fresh-keeping technology of edible fungi. Through the preservation of edible fungi, the flavor of the fresh products can be kept basically unchanged, and its nutritional value can be preserved to the maximum extent, and it is convenient for storage, processing and transportation.

It is the key to protect flowers and fruits for high yield of Chinese wolfberry.
Serious flower and fruit drop is an important reason affecting the yield of Lycium barbarum. This paper introduces several effective prevention and control methods. First, foliar fertilizer spraying on the basis of good application of basic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer spraying at flowering and fruit stage can reduce flower and fruit drop. However, the effect of spraying fertilizer on preventing flower and fruit drop is also different with different types and proportion of fertilizer spraying. According to the experiment, foliar fertilizer spraying increases the fruit setting rate by 38% compared with water spraying. The effect of ternary compound fertilizer sprayed with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is the best, and the proportion of 1:1:1 is the best. Compared with spraying water, it reduces the drop of flowers and fruits by 55%.

Lycium barbarum aphid and its control
Chinese wolfberry aphids, also known as green honey, honey, belong to the aphid family. Cluster tender shoots, buds, green fruits and other parts, absorb juice, damaged shoots curl, growth stagnation. In serious cases, the surfaces of leaves, flowers and fruits of Chinese wolfberry are all covered by aphid secretions, affecting photosynthesis, causing early defoliation, resulting in a great reduction in yield. Chinese wolfberry aphids occur for about 15 generations a year, overwintering with eggs in branch gaps and bud axils, hatching as dry mothers in late April of the following year, parthenogenetic birth, and winged aphids in the second and third generations, which propagate and expand in the field.

Lycium barbarum mite and its control
Lycium barbarum mite belongs to the family gall mites. Swarms of worms densely cover the leaves to absorb juice, making the leaves ferruginous and early fall. Adult mites overwintered in bark crevices and bud axils. In mid-April of the following year, Chinese wolfberry began to do harm after leaf development, and began to spawn in late April. The peak period of reproduction was from late May to late June. After that, the leaves became ferruginous, the nutritional conditions deteriorated, and the number of mites decreased greatly. New leaves were issued from the end of July to early August, and the second propagation peak appeared. The adult mites transferred to branches after falling leaves in mid-September.

A New Lycium barbarum Variety Ningqi No.1
Introduction of varieties 1. Industrial rapid propagation technology of new varieties of Lycium barbarum. Industrial rapid propagation technology of tissue culture: through explant inoculation, subculture, seedling rejuvenation and the selection of seedling rooting medium, the seedling differentiation coefficient was increased from 3-4 to 5-6, and the rooting rate of seedlings increased from 60.30% to 93.70%. Capacitive transplanting of test-tube plantlets: nutrient bowls were used for transplanting container seedlings, and the survival rate of tissue culture plantlets was more than 80%. Skillful cultivation of Chinese wolfberry
Qiqitou refers to the tender buds of Chinese wolfberry, which belongs to woody sprouts. The tender shoot of Chinese wolfberry is not only rich in nutrition, but also has the effect of tonifying kidney and nourishing liver. It is a valuable dietotherapy vegetable and is deeply welcomed by consumers. The cultivation techniques are as follows: 1. A variety of Chinese wolfberry for vegetables. As a green leaf vegetable, there are two kinds of Chinese wolfberry, namely fine-leaf Chinese wolfberry and big-leaf Chinese wolfberry. These two kinds of Chinese wolfberry do not blossom and bear fruit and can only be propagated by cuttings every year. two。 Raise seedlings.
