They immediately reviewed the materials related to the purchase of the compound fertilizer, and took 2 kilograms of the compound fertilizer inspection sample and the remaining sample backup sample. After the inspection by the provincial authorities according to the relevant national standards, it is shown that the nitrogen content is 1.75%, the available phosphorus content is 5.79%, the potassium content is 5.07%, and the total nutrient content is only 12.60%, which is an inferior product.
After investigation and collection of evidence, the industrial and commercial authorities determined that in the process of selling 40 tons of purchased compound fertilizers, Yinong Co., Ltd. violated the relevant provisions of the Product quality Law, in addition to punishment in accordance with the law, and supervised the company to recover 14 tons of inferior fertilizers sold to farmers and refund compensation, thus recovering economic losses for 85 farmers.
