1. Gill rot disease: the disease mainly occurs in grass carp and herring, mainly in autumn. It shows that the Gill filaments of diseased fish are rotten and whitish, and in severe cases, the cartilage at the end of the Gill filaments is exposed, often with mud. The inner surface of the operculum is often corroded into transparent windows.

Prevention and treatment: ① is injected with bacterial vaccine or local vaccine.

② is sprinkled with 1 gram of bleach per cubic meter of water or 4 grams of Chinese nutgall per cubic meter of water.

③ was sprinkled in the whole pond with 10kg quicklime and 2.5kg salt per mu, once every 7 days, 3 times in a row.

④ is sprayed throughout the pond with 0.3g of poultry per cubic meter of water. The next day, feed with erythromycin bait, 0.4 grams for every 10 kilograms of fish, and the dosage of 2 Mel will be halved for 6 days.

2. Enteritis: the disease mainly occurs in grass carp and herring, often from April to October. Symptoms are red and swollen anus, severe fin base congestion, fin fissure, abdominal erythema; open fish abdomen, abdominal effusion, intestinal congestion and inflammation, no food in the intestine, milky yellow mucus or blood pus.

Prevention and treatment: ① vaccination or.

② was fed with 5 grams of sulfamidine for every 50 kg of fish, and the dosage was halved from day 2 to day 6, once a day.

④ 0.25kg rhubarb for every 50kg fish, minced, add 2.5kg ammonia and soak for 30 minutes, then add water and mix well with refined feed.

3. Red skin disease: this disease mainly occurs in grass carp and herring and can occur all the year round. The symptoms showed hyperemia, inflammation and scale exfoliation on both sides of the fish body and abdomen. The fin base is congested, the fin strip is split, and the end is rotten.

4. Water mildew: the disease is common between spring and summer and between autumn and winter, and it is most likely to occur when the water temperature is 15 ~ 20 ℃. All kinds of farmed fish can occur. When the mycelium on the body surface propagates in large quantities, the focus of the body surface is like white cotton floc, the parasitic part has the phenomenon of hyperemia and decay, and the body surface is multi-mucus.

Prevention and treatment: ① operation should be as careful as possible, do not injure the fish, pay attention to reasonable close breeding, do not make the overwintering density too high.

② fish ponds can be cleared with quicklime, or each side of water can be used to pour 3 grams of gallnut into the whole pond.

③ soaked the diseased fish with Kangmyuning for 1 hour, and the effect was good. When the water surface per mu and the water depth is 1 meter, you can use 2.5rel 5kg calamus juice, add 0.5ml 1kg salt, and then add 2Mel 5kg human urine, mix and sprinkle it all over the pond.

During the onset of ④, 2.5kg of Artemisia argyi leaves and 1.5kg of calamus were used per mu, and 10kg of fried water was used throughout the pond for 2 days.

In addition, when the air temperature changes greatly, it will lead to a large difference in water temperature between the surface and bottom of the pond, which may induce the occurrence of fish disease. therefore, farmers should pay attention to weather changes, strengthen management, and take corresponding measures to predict the occurrence of fish disease.
