The air temperature and water temperature continued to rise in July, aquaculture entered the peak production season, aquatic animals ingested and metabolized vigorously, residual bait and feces easily led to excessive concentration of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and other toxic and harmful substances in aquaculture water, and the content of dissolved oxygen in water was low. it affects the water environment, and July is also the season of frequent thunderstorms. So what are the diseases and insect pests in aquaculture? How to prevent and cure it?

I. Prediction of diseases and insect pests

1. Grass carp: prone to grass carp hemorrhagic disease, Gill rot disease, red skin disease, enteritis, rotifer, melon worm, ring worm, tapeworm, anchor head, etc.

two。 Silver carp, bighead carp: prone to bacterial septicemia, printing disease, enteritis, melon worm, anchor head, Chinese mackerel, fish lice, ring worm, tapeworm and so on.

3. Common carp and crucian carp are prone to bacterial septicemia, Gill rot, vertical scale disease, melon worm, tapeworm, ring worm, anchor head and so on. Allogenic silver crucian carp should be highly vigilant against the occurrence of Gill bleeding.

II. Prevention and control measures

1. Strictly control the quality of seedlings: do not enter seedlings from epidemic areas, do not enter diseased seedlings, strictly quarantine, block the transmission of disease sources, and do a good job in disinfection of ponds and seedlings.

two。 Strengthen water quality regulation and control: do a good job in water quality index monitoring, timely increase oxygen, timely use water quality improver to regulate pond water quality, and regularly remove residual bait, feces and animal carcasses, etc., so as to avoid the reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms, protect sufficient dissolved oxygen and good water environment, to prevent the floating head of fish.

3. Reasonable feeding: this season is the peak season of aquaculture production. According to the weather and water temperature, we should grasp the appropriate amount of feeding, reduce the residual bait, adhere to the "four fixed" principle, and ensure sufficient and high-quality food sources. Regularly add anti-inflammatory, liver protection and immunity bait to enhance the disease resistance of fish.

4. Standardize the use of drugs: once the disease, the need for drug treatment, to choose the national standard fishery drugs, and in accordance with the instructions for scientific use.

5. Regular disinfection, pay attention to the regulation of water quality: disinfection with quicklime, chlorine dioxide and other disinfectants; timely change of water or injection of new water to strengthen water quality management; regular use of microbial preparations to regulate water quality and inhibit pathogenic organisms.
