How to eat Notopterygium?

1. Treat cold, fever and tonsillitis (Qiang Huo dandelion decoction): Qiang Huo 20-25g, Radix Isatidis and dandelion 50g each; take water decoction, one dose a day, two times.

2. External wind, cold and dampness, fever and aversion to cold, no sweating on the muscle surface, strong headache and pain in the limbs (Qiang Huo Fangfeng decoction): Qiang Huo 5g, Fangfeng, Angelica dahurica, Shengdi, Atractylodes, Scutellaria baicalensis, Asarum, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong each 3G, water decoction.

3. Treatment of heat-clearing and detoxification and perspiration (Radix Isatidis and Radix Notopterygii): 30g of Radix Isatidis and 15g of Radix Notopterygii, taken after brewing with boiling water, and 2 doses of drinking water for those who are seriously ill.

4. Dispelling rheumatism and relieving pain (except rheumatism Notopterygium decoction): Radix Notopterygii, Radix Notopterygii (5g), Ligusticum ligusticum, Fangfeng, licorice, five points each (3G each) Vitex Vitex (2g), Ligusticum chuanxiong (1.5g), decoction.
