I. the standard for the establishment of a garden

II. Shaping and pruning

The planted seedlings are generally truncated and dried at a height of 25 cm. After germination, each plant can germinate 5-6 new shoots, and when the new shoots grow to 15-20 cm, they are coring to promote lateral branches and increase the crown (if there are too few coring branches at one time, they can be picked 2-3 times repeatedly to ensure that 10-15 fruiting mother branches are extracted in the same year, which is the key to ensuring high yield in the second year. But the white jade king is weak and should not pick his heart. At the end of May or the beginning of June in the second year, when the mulberry was harvested and pruned in summer combined with shaping, all the fruiting mother branches left 2-3 buds short to promote the germination of new shoots, which could be used as the fruiting mother branches next year. The short cut-off time should be early rather than late, in order to ensure sufficient time for new shoots to grow and accumulate nutrients for flower bud differentiation. Every year, it is cut short after mulberry harvest and gradually forms a low-dry tree. In winter pruning, all the weak branchlets and rotten insect branches germinated in summer are cut off from the base, and the retained fruiting mother branches are properly cut off, generally cutting off the 15-20 cm unfilled and unfilled parts at the top of the shoot.

Third, wipe the buds and pick the heart

When more than two-year-old trees are put into production, the sprouting time is usually in late March, wiping out the adventitious buds germinating on the trunk and the weak buds at the base of the fruiting mother branches. When there are about 6 new leaves at the top of the branch, the coring time is in late April or early May, which is beneficial to vegetative growth to reproductive (fruit) growth, enhance sunlight and improve fruit quality. IV. Water and fertilizer management

The water requirement period of fruit mulberry is mainly the sprouting period in spring and after shearing in summer. If drought occurs in these two periods, water should be replenished in time. Every winter, a 20 cm deep ditch is opened in the middle of the planting line to apply fertilizer, the amount and method of fertilizer application are the same as the "Garden Establishment Standard" (or apply more farm fertilizer to reduce chemical fertilizer), and 50 kg carbon ammonia or 20 kg urea per mu after summer shearing 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution was sprayed on leaves at the initial flowering stage and young fruit stage respectively (both the positive and negative sides of the leaves should be sprayed, and the absorption rate of the leaves of dicotyledons was 5 times higher than that of the positive side), in order to increase the sugar content of the fruit, promote early ripening, and make the mulberry fruit bright in color and stable in yield.

V. timely harvest

General mulberry ripens in early May, when mulberry has just changed from red to black (white variety pedicel from turquoise to yellow and white), and crystal bright shows that mulberry is ripe, should be harvested in the early morning, pay attention to handle gently, do not break the skin, first packed in small plastic boxes, and then packed in cartons, generally each box weighs 10-15 kg, can be shipped to the market for sale.
