The cultivation of chestnut mushroom should choose high-lying, sunny and convenient land for drainage and irrigation, and do a good job of sterilization and disinfection, border, irrigation and so on. After it is done, plant the bacterial stick, build a shade, and cover it with plastic film and straw curtain. Then spray water properly every day or every few days before mushroom emergence, further increase the amount of water spraying 7-10 days before budding, and finally carry out appropriate ventilation and temperature increase. The following detailed cultivation techniques are explained in detail as follows:

1. Land selection and preparation

Open-field cultivation should choose high-lying, sunny, convenient land for drainage and irrigation, preferably sandy soil, it is better to have coarse sand. Then in the selected site, dig into a small bed in the east-west direction, 2.5-3.0 meters long, 45 or 55 centimeters wide, 25-30 centimeters deep, and the row spacing of the border is 80-100 centimeters. After the border is done, it will be exposed to the sun for 2-3 days. One day before cultivation, the border will be irrigated once, the amount of irrigation depends on the soil moisture, and a little lime will be sprinkled in the border after water infiltration.

two。 Cultivation

Before planting the bacterial stick, disinfect the planting tools, the outer packing bag of the bacterial stick and the hands of the operator with 4% Lysu water. Then the bacterial stick was placed in the border, and after planting, the gap between the bacterial stick was filled with new soil, and the surface of the bacterial stick was covered with a layer of soil 1 cm thick.

3. Growth management

According to the different cultivation season and mushroom time, the management methods of temperature, humidity, light and gas are also different, which can be divided into three stages. During the period from covering the soil to the time before the primordium is unearthed, according to the different water retention capacity of the soil, appropriate water can be sprayed every day or every few days to keep the surface not dry; those cultivated in bags before the end of April generally can not produce mushrooms until mid-late May. The head tide mushroom is big and of good quality. The mushroom can be produced in 15-20 days when it is cultivated out of bag from June to July, but the yield of the first tide mushroom is lower. Some can produce mushrooms on the seventh day, which is formed by the direct growth of the primordium in the bag. Generally, mushrooms can be produced after 25-85 days; after primordium formation, it is necessary to increase humidity in the border, strengthen ventilation, enhance light and properly regulate temperature.

In addition, during the cultivation of chestnut mushroom, attention must be paid to temperature and humidity, ventilation, lighting and pest control.
