Clinker cultivation refers to the cultivation method of high temperature sterilization after the preparation of culture materials, and then sowing and bacteria, so how to operate pleurotus ostreatus clinker cultivation? The following is an introduction to the cultivation techniques of oyster mushroom clinker.

1. Building mushroom houses

Existing vacant rooms and basements can be transformed into mushroom houses, or new mushroom houses can be built. Mushroom rooms should be disinfected before use to reduce contamination and insect pests.

2. Allocation of nutrients

one of sawdust, cottonseed hull, waste cotton, straw, bagasse, corncob, corn stalk, peanut hull, bean stalk powder and the like can be selected as raw materials, and a proper amount of auxiliary materials such as bran, rice bran, gypsum, calcium superphosphate and the like can be added. 85kg corncob, 10kg bran, 5kg corn flour, 5-6 bags mushroom, 1kg compound fertilizer, 3kg lime and 0.2% carbendazim are prepared.

3. Mixing and bagging

Mix nutrients and clean water, and then stack them for 12-18 hours to ripen nutrients. After mixing, ferment for several days, and then sterilize at high temperature. Then bag, hand loading side edge with finger pressure, bag wall around tight, slightly pressed in the center, around tight middle loose, tight middle loose at both ends. After bagging, put it on the shelf in the pot for sterilization at 100℃ for 8~10 hours, take it out when the temperature drops to 80℃, and move it into the mushroom house.

4. Inoculation

Inoculate when the temperature in the bag drops to 30℃. Disinfect hands, inoculation tools, plastic bags and mushroom houses before inoculation. During inoculation, one person opens the bag mouth, one person quickly digs out the strain into the bag, tightens the bag mouth after connecting, and then connects the other end. After inoculation, roll the cultivation bag on lime powder once, so that lime powder fills the small holes on the bag to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria.

5. Mushroom management

Two days after planting, the material temperature should be controlled below 30℃, and the room temperature should be controlled below 15℃. After 10 days, mycelium grows to the surface of the medium, and the room temperature can be raised to 20-25 ℃. After 20-30 days, mycelium grows to the whole medium. After fruiting, the indoor temperature can be kept at 15-18℃, ventilation should be carried out for 1 hour at the lowest temperature, and water spraying should be carried out according to humidity. To fruiting peak period and fruiting late, nutrients in the culture medium exhausted, to timely topdressing fertilizer.
