Siniperca chuatsi coccidiosis was prevalent in our province last year, which caused great economic losses to farmers. Siniperca chuatsi parasitic on the Gill, the cysts are round or tumor-like, white, gathered by a number of oval sacs, the parasitic site of the cysts cause local congestion or ulceration of the Gill tissue, and sometimes the whole lateral Gill flap is covered with cysts, resulting in incomplete operculum closure. The diseased fish were thin and black, and then died in large numbers. At present, there is no specific treatment for Siniperca chuatsi coccidiosis, so we can only take the following methods to prevent it.

1. Different kinds of fish are released in the pond by turns. Before releasing mandarin fish, the pond is thoroughly cleared after mixing with bleach and lime.

2. Before buying mandarin fry, it is necessary to understand the incidence of mandarin fry in the fry farm, and you cannot buy mandarin fry from the fry farm where the disease occurs.

3. Use 10 grams of bleach and 8 grams of copper sulfate per cubic meter of water to dissolve, mix and put into the water. When the water temperature is 10-20 ℃, wash the fish seeds for 20-30 minutes for disinfection.

4. Mandarin fish ponds should have an appropriate amount of aquatic plants to keep the water quality fresh. From April to September, the 5:2 mixture of cupric sulfate and ferrous sulfate of 0.7 × 10 ~ (- 6) concentration was sprinkled in the whole pool regularly. In summer, the medicine should be used in the afternoon on a sunny day, and the next day, proper amount of water should be changed and injected.
