Choose soil pond or rectangular cement pond for culture, shade board should be built on the surface of the pond, a small amount of floating aquatic plants can be put in the pond water, the fertilized eggs of Rana nigromaculata collected will be put into the ring ditch of sterilized culture pond to hatch, keep the water temperature at about 20-25 ℃, after hatching, the tadpoles can be put into the cage or the original incubation pond, 600-800 tadpoles can be put on each square meter of water surface, and the right amount of live bait can be fed in the early stage. In the later stage, an appropriate amount of animal feed can be fed.

First, choose frog ponds

Aquaculture ponds are generally divided into spawning ponds, tadpole ponds and adult frog ponds, which need to be selected in warm, sunny and humid places, soil ponds or rectangular cement ponds are suitable, shading boards can be built on the surface of the ponds, and a small amount of floating weeds can be put into the water.

Second, select frogs

The breeding frog which has been spawned twice will have a higher fertilization rate. Although the female frog cultured for 3-4 years lays more eggs, the fertilization rate is relatively low, so the egg laying rate of the frog in the first year is also lower.

3. Spawning time

When breeding in the southern region, spawning takes place every year from March to July, while in the north, the spawning period is postponed. April is usually the peak spawning period. Frog breeding, mating and spawning are affected by local temperature, pool depth and so on.

IV. Collecting egg blocks

After the fertilized eggs of Rana nigromaculata are collected and recovered, they can be put into the ring groove of the sterilized culture pond for hatching. the dark part of the egg mass is the animal pole, which needs to be placed upward, and the whiter part is the plant pole, which needs to be placed downward.

5. Incubation management

When the black-spotted frog enters the incubation period, the water temperature should be kept at about 20-25 ℃. If the water temperature suddenly rises above 5 ℃ or encounters a strong vibration, it will lead to the death of the black-spotted frog. After 2 days of incubation, the frog's eggs will shake slightly, turn into tadpole shape after 3-4 days, and hatch small tadpoles in about 5 days.

6. Raising tadpoles

After hatching, the tadpoles of Rana nigromaculata can be cultivated in a cage or in the original hatching pond. 600-800 tadpoles can be kept on each square meter of water. There is no need to feed 4-5 days after stocking. Generally, nutrients can be transferred by their own yolk sac. After the yolk sac disappears on the 4th day, can be fed.

7. Raising young frogs

There are 100-150 young frogs per square meter, and a bait platform can be built on the surface of the water to allow the young frogs to feed and perch on the stage. first, they can be fed with fresh bait for about 2 days, then slowly increase the feeding amount in the later stage, and then transition to artificial bait.

8. Raising adult frogs

After the young frogs are put into the adult frog pond, the food intake will gradually increase, so the growth rate will also be speeded up. During this period, animal feed can be fed appropriately for about 30 days. When the weight reaches 100g, about 30 can be raised per square meter, and about 60 days. 10-15 per square meter can be raised, and then after short-term breeding, it can be listed on the market.
