A total of 72 batches of fresh edible fungi were selected and 32 batches of corresponding sticks were randomly selected. In this special spot check, 58 pesticide residue parameters and three heavy metal residues of lead, cadmium and arsenic were detected. The results showed that all 72 batches of fresh edible fungi were qualified.
