3. Out-of-season vegetables and fruits are not entirely planted in greenhouses. Out-of-season cultivation can be divided into two types. The second is to make use of the warm microclimate in winter and spring to grow vegetables and fruits out of season in winter. 1. Out-of-season planting in high mountains

(1) in hot summer and autumn, generally in the low-altitude Pingchuan area, it is not suitable to grow heat-averse vegetables because of the high temperature, while in the high-altitude mountain areas, the climate is still relatively cool because the temperature decreases with the increase of elevation. during this period, you can grow heat-averse vegetables.

(2) generally from August to October, it belongs to the off-season of vegetables, while growing vegetables in alpine off-season can provide a rich variety of fresh vegetables for the market, so it is necessary to arrange the planting time reasonably according to the time on the market and the growth period of the variety.

(3) the main types of vegetables suitable for out-of-season cultivation in high mountains are: celery, cauliflower, pepper, radish, carrot, tomato, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, string beans, etc., suitable for planting in mountainous areas above 800 meters above sea level.

2. Out-of-season planting of thermal insulation facilities
