1. Qiubei chili

Yunnan is the most famous pepper in Qiubei. Qiubei pepper planting area belongs to low latitude plateau monsoon climate, mild climate, sufficient light, average annual temperature 14.9-19.3 ℃, annual rainfall 850-1250 mm, annual sunshine 1492-2090 hours, frost-free period 273-353 days, small annual temperature difference, large daily temperature difference, no severe cold in winter, no heat in summer, the same season of rain and heat, distinct dry and wet seasons, suitable for pepper growth. Qiubei pepper, dried pepper fruit is slender, linear, peel bright red or dark red, fruit length 5-13 cm, fruit diameter 0.4-1.2 cm, fruit shape slightly curved, upward micro-sharp, fruit surface bright and smooth, concave and convex, quality spicy, spicy but not strong, nutritious.

3. Huize Leye
