Trichoderma harzianum can be sprayed with water according to the dosage instructions, the best use period is the seedling bed stage, use it again after sowing, use half of it again when transplanting, and then replenish the bacteria every 3 months and a half, and the shorter seedling period can be used once.

I. the mechanism of action

1. Competitive effect: Trichoderma harzianum Tmur22 can grow rapidly in the root and leaf circumference of the plant, seizing the position on the plant surface to form a protective cover, just like putting on boots to prevent pathogenic fungi from touching the plant root and leaf surface, so as to protect plant roots and leaves from the above-mentioned pathogens, and ensure that the plant can grow healthily.

two。 Hyperparasitism: hyperparasitism refers to a series of continuous steps of pathogen identification, contact, entanglement, penetration and parasitism. In the process of interaction between Trichoderma and pathogens, the host hyphae secretes some substances to make Trichoderma tend to host fungal growth, once the host is identified by Trichoderma parasite, parasitic relationship will be established. After Trichoderma identified host fungi, Trichoderma hyphae grew parallel and spirally wound along the host hyphae, and produced attached cellular branches adsorbed on the host hyphae, dissolved the cell wall by secreting extracellular enzymes, penetrated the host hyphae and absorbed nutrients, and then killed the pathogen.

3. Antibiotic function: Trichoderma harzianum can secrete some antibiotics, which can inhibit the growth and colonization of pathogens and reduce the harm of pathogens.

4. Plant growth regulation: Trichoderma colonizes in plant roots and produces compounds that stimulate plant growth and induce plant defense responses, improve the root microenvironment, enhance plant growth and disease resistance, and increase crop yield and income.

Second, the dosage

Seedling bed spray: spray 2-4G medicament per square meter on the seedling bed.

Dip in the root: dilute it 20-80 times with water, then dip in the root or bulb.

Pot and nursery bed mixture: 110-220 grams per cubic meter, first allocated into mother liquid according to water consumption, and then mixed well.

Root irrigation: diluted 1500-3000 times with water, each plant was irrigated with 200ml, and the dosage could be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the plant.

Flood irrigation after spraying: 100-200 grams per mu, 300 times water spray, and the amount of water should be soaked to the root.

Seed treatment: 60-125g per 50kg seed, first mix half of the seeds and chemicals, and then add the remaining seeds and chemicals to stir and mix well. Seed mixing can be done by adding appropriate amount of water to facilitate mixing.
