I. Yield per mu of red pepper

If the red pepper is planted properly and managed well, the yield will be higher, and the general yield per mu can reach about 1500 kg. If the planting method is not appropriate, the management is not good, and there are diseases and insect pests in the later stage, the yield will be lower, and the yield per mu may be only about 1000 kg.

II. How to sow pepper?

Pepper is generally sown in summer, seeds soaked in warm water germination after sowing is better, sowing matrix to be disinfected.

First, soak the seeds in warm water for 3 to 10 hours until the seeds absorb water and swell; if they germinate easily, you can do this and sow them directly.

Next, wet one end of the toothpick with water, stick the seeds one by one on the surface of the substrate, covering a substrate 1 cm thick; if it is a larger seed, you can directly put the seed into the substrate by hand, cover the substrate after sowing, and cover the thickness of the seed 2 to 3 times.

Third, put the seed tray basin into water, the depth of water is 1/2~2/3 of the height of the seed tray, let the water slowly soak up; or use a sprayer to wet the seed substrate. Finally, wait for the seeds to sprout.
