The fruit of the black tiger can be eaten, its taste is sweet, and its flesh is like litchi. In addition, its root can also be used as medicine, which can promote qi and blood circulation, reduce swelling and relieve pain, treat stomach problems, rheumatism, bone pain, bruising pain, and is commonly used in gynaecology. So, how much is the price of a black tiger in 2019? What are the main points of cultivation techniques?

First, how much is the price of a black tiger seedling in 2019?

At present, the price of seeds and seedlings varies from 5 yuan to 20 yuan per plant, and there are some differences in price due to the influence of variety, plant size and region. For example, recently, the pink black tiger seedling in Tongdong Autonomous County of South Huaihua City is 5.4 yuan per plant; the pink black tiger seedling in Lingshan County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi is 15 yuan per plant; and the pink black tiger seedling in Wenshan City, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province is 20 yuan per plant.

Second, what are the key points of cultivation techniques for black tiger seedlings?

1. Seedling management

The nursery should be ploughed and weeded frequently. After sprouting, a pillar should be set up next to the nursery and the new shoot should be tied to the pillar. The seedlings should be excised properly when the 80cm is high. Combined with irrigation, human manure, pig manure, etc., or 1% urea can be added to the water, and calcium superphosphate can be added to fertilize in July to promote the aging of seedling branches and full bud eyes. Black tiger seedlings from July to September should take shading measures to avoid direct exposure to strong light.

2. Shelf building

To build a hedge, solid wood with a length of 2.6 meters and a diameter of 12 centimeters should be selected as a pillar, which is 0.8 meters long and 1.8 meters high on the ground. Four lines of antirust iron wire are drawn evenly on the shelf surface from bottom to top. The first wire is 0.6 meters from the ground, and a column is erected every 8 meters. The branches are tied to the wire on the shelf surface.

3. Close planting method

The planting density of hedgerow, T-shaped frame and flat-roof scaffolding were 2 m × 2 m, 3 m × 2 m, 160 plants per mu, 3 m × 2 m, 110 plants per mu and 45 plants per mu, respectively. If there are more plant stalks buried in the planting hole, they should be allowed to sink before planting. When planting, the black tiger seedlings are placed in the center of the planting hole so that the roots do not come into direct contact with fertilizer. First, use your hands to stretch the root system around, then cover the root with fine soil, then cover it flat with soil, and then use your feet to stabilize the root water. The planting depth should be flat or slightly higher between the root neck and the soil surface, and the grafting interface should not be buried in the soil.

4. Fertilization management

The base fertilizer can be applied after fruit picking from late October to late November, the base fertilizer should be mature organic fertilizer and add cruller and phosphate fertilizer, and then irrigate to cover the soil; the topdressing before sprouting should be from late February to early March, applying quick-acting fertilizer mainly nitrogen fertilizer, combined with irrigation, applying 6-10 kg urea per mu. Fertilization during the fruit expansion period should be reapplied one week after flowering, with 100-150 grams of compound fertilizer per plant and 6-10 kilograms of human and animal manure water; fertilization in the later stage of fruit growth is from late July to early August, and fertilizers based on available phosphorus and potassium should be applied. The application of nitrogen fertilizer should be controlled to avoid excessive branch growth, and 200-250 grams of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer per plant. Extra-root topdressing is usually carried out at full flowering stage and fruit setting stage, with 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate or 0.2% urea solution.

5. Shaping and pruning

Wild black tiger shaping and pruning is mainly tree-shaped, such as horizontal shaping of hedge, free fan shape of few main vines, T-shaped scaffolding and so on, which is divided into summer and winter.

6. Harvesting and processing

The black tiger can be harvested all year round, and the best harvest time is from late September to early November, and the fruit is picked along with ripening. Pick by hand, dig up the roots, wash the sediment, and handle it gently when picking to avoid damage to the fruit. After harvest, cut the rattan stem into small segments or cut the old rattan stem, scrape off the cork, and cut it to dry. When processing, it can be dried in the sun or dried; when drying, the room temperature is controlled at about 60 ℃ at the beginning, when the black tiger reaches semi-dry, the temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃, when it reaches 80% dry, it is moved to the outdoor sun to be fully dry, rubbed to remove the fruit stalk, and the black grains are picked out for storage.

The black tiger began to hang fruit in the second year of planting, and entered the peak period in the fourth year, with a yield of about 3000 jin per mu. At present, the price of black tiger fruit on the market is still relatively expensive, which costs dozens of yuan per jin. Therefore, its planting prospect is still very good.
