Now people living in the city want to raise flowers and plants, because there is no land, so the recommendation of growing flowers in flowerpots is a hobby of many people, adding fun and beauty to life. Today, the editor of Tuliu.com has come to share with you the conservation methods of pomegranate bonsai.

1. Flowerpot selection

Work should be made on the choice of flowerpots. According to the size of pomegranate seedlings, some pomegranate seedlings have been dwarfed, including the use of mud pots, or more expensive pottery basins and purple sand basins, taking into account the drainage and air permeability.

2. Planting method

Plant pomegranate saplings in a pot, first fill the drainage hole with broken tiles or broken bricks, and then load the soil to the 1/2 flowerpot. Put in the pomegranate seedlings, continue to fill the way to cover the pomegranate seedlings, and flatten the soil with a shovel.

3. Light intensity

Pomegranate is a positive plant, like light and fear shade. Maintain sufficient light in normal maintenance. Therefore, the sunny place should be selected where it is placed, and there should be plenty of light during the growing season. Sufficient light can promote plant growth and affect the bud and flowering of pregnant flowers.

4. Pruning and shaping

In the first few years after planting, roughly trim the tree. After 3-4 years, the pomegranate tree was pruned slightly before dormancy and pruned before germination in spring.

5. Field management

Pomegranate saplings are barren-tolerant but fertilizer-loving plants, planted in loose, breathable, fertile sandy soil. During the growing period, thin fertilizer was applied frequently, mainly phosphorus and potassium.

After late autumn, when the temperature drops and the leaves turn yellow, the fruit will also hang all over the branches. When dormant, removing the fruit to reduce the nutritional consumption of fruit branches is beneficial to the growth of branches and leaves at the beginning of the next spring.

Pomegranate seedlings are not strict with water and can withstand drought. No more water than less water. Large water is easy to grow, and the pericarp is easy to crack and affect beauty.
