3. When we store radish, the temperature should not be too high. The humidity of radish storage is generally between 90% and 95%. If the humidity is less than 90%, the radish will be dehydrated, resulting in hollow radish.

4. The hollow radish has a certain relationship with the sowing date, water application and fertilization, and the selection of varieties. For example, when we sow, the time of sowing is early, the application of water and fertilization is not coordinated and uneven, and it will also cause hollowness. when selecting seeds, we should also pay attention to: fleshy roots are soft, grow fast, large varieties with low starch and sugar content in cells, and early-maturing and very early-maturing varieties with short growing period are easy to hollow.

1. In the process of harvesting radish, reduce radish peel breaking and radish cracking as much as possible, remove stem plate before storing radish, and place it in a cool and clean place to prevent the wind from blowing and the sun. The temperature of the storage cellar should be kept below 4 degrees Celsius.

2. You can cover the radish with a layer of wet sand. Check whether the radish stem plate is clean, and then put a layer of radish cover with a layer of wet sand, put it in turn, pay attention to ventilation, control temperature and moisture, so that the storage environment of radish had better keep the temperature below 3 degrees Celsius, humidity 90% Mel 95%.
