Farm manure is rich in fertilizer sources, comprehensive nutrients and stable fertilizer efficiency, but it contains low nutrients and slow fertilizer efficiency. Chemical fertilizer has high nutrient content and fast fertilizer effect, but the nutrient is relatively simple, so how to ferment farm manure? What are the methods of mixing with chemical fertilizer?

First, how to ferment farm manure?

1. Build a pile of collected farm manure. One and a half meters wide and one meter high (about 10 centimeters on the floor). Each layer is sprayed with carbendazim, chlorothalonil, avermectin or granular insecticides to kill insects and eggs; it can also be combined with microbial agents such as Fadanbao to promote fermentation (fungicides can not be mixed with microbial agents, one of the two).

two。 After the pile is built according to the above standard, cover it strictly with mud. Cover measures must be taken, otherwise the heating up in the reactor is slow, which can not play the role of insecticidal and sterilization; it can not be covered too strictly with plastic film, otherwise the harmful gas inside the reactor can not be volatilized after heating up.

3. Half a month later, the pile is upside down. Toss it after half a month and smear the mud. This overthrow does not have to be layered as it did for the first time, nor does it need to be sprinkled with fungicides, pesticides and biological bacteria.

4. Half a month later, do it again in the same step. In other words, it needs to be flipped three times in total. (note: it takes a little longer to build a pile in winter, and pay attention to check whether the coated mud is washed in case of rain in summer.)

The fermentation time is about 30 days in summer and 60 days in winter.

II. The principle of mixed use of farm manure and chemical fertilizer

Not all farm manure and chemical fertilizer can be mixed. Because different chemical fertilizers have different properties and are not used properly, they will run away nutrients and reduce fertilizer efficiency. So follow the following two principles to mix.

1. After mixing more than two kinds of fertilizers, the content of any of them can not be reduced, but the physical properties of the fertilizers should be improved.

two。 The proportion of nutrients in mixed fertilizers should be suitable for crop nutrition and soil fertility so as to improve fertilizer efficiency.

Third, how to mix farm manure and expenditure?

(1) Fertilizer that can be mixed

1. All chemical fertilizers except ammonium nitrate, such as superphosphate and phosphate rock powder, can be mixed with compost and barnyard manure.

2. Physiologically acidic chemical fertilizers such as ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate can be mixed with phosphate rock powder.

3. Ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride can be mixed. The advantage of mixing these fertilizers is to improve the effectiveness of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, improve the physical and chemical properties of fertilizer, easy to use, save time and effort.

(2) Fertilizer used immediately after mixing

There are calcium superphosphate and nitrate nitrogen fertilizer, such as ammonium nitrate and nitrophosphate fertilizer, urea and potassium chloride, plant ash and potash fertilizer, these fertilizers should be applied in time, if stored for too long, it will cause the loss of effective nutrients or deterioration of physical properties, moisture absorption caking, can not be used.

(3) Fertilizers that cannot be mixed.

All ammonium nitrogen fertilizers, such as mature human feces, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium nitrate, etc., should not be mixed with alkaline fertilizers such as plant ash, lime, steel slag phosphate, etc. Calcium superphosphate is generally not suitable to be mixed with alkaline fertilizers such as lime, plant ash, etc., these fertilizers are easy to agglomerate, easy to run ammonium, resulting in more nutrient loss.
