What is organic fertilizer?

Organic fertilizer is a kind of farm manure, which mainly comes from plants and animals, which is processed by biological substances, animal and plant wastes and plant residues, which eliminates the toxic and harmful substances and is rich in a large number of beneficial substances. It can not only provide comprehensive nutrition for crops, but also have a long fertilizer effect, increase and renew soil organic matter, promote microbial reproduction, improve soil physical and chemical properties and biological activity, and are the main nutrients in the production of green food.

Second, what is the production method of organic fertilizer?

1. Fermentation accelerated ripening and composting method

(1) preparation of raw materials

According to the proportion of 8% sugars, 50% water, 0.5% yeast powder, 14.5% rice bran, 14% cruller and 13% soybean meal, sugars were first added to the water, stirred and dissolved, rice bran, cruller and soybean meal were added, and then stacked and fermented at a temperature above 60 degrees Celsius for 30 days. Then mix and dilute the black carbon powder in the proportion of 1:1 by weight, stir carefully and serve.

(2) composting fermentation

First, air-dry the feces to 30% 40% moisture, mix them with loose matter such as chopped straw at 10:1 by weight, add 1 kg of ripening powder to every 100kg of mixed fertilizer, mix well, and then pile up in the composting house into a fertilizer pile with a height of 1.520 m. Ferment and mature.

(3) mixing

The first mixing is carried out after 10 days of accumulation, the second mixing is carried out after 10 days, and the last mixing is carried out after 10 days. At this time, the temperature is 30 degrees Celsius, the water content is about 30%, you can wait for post-ripening, and it will be finished in about 10 days.

2. EM composting method

(1) purchase EM solution. Then the spare liquid was prepared according to the formula of 100ml of clear water and 20ml of honey or brown sugar, 100ml of M cheese, 100ml of soju and 50ml of EM solution.

(2) Air-dry human and animal faeces until the water content is 30%-40%.

(3) take straw, corn stalk and green grass and cut into 1-5 cm pieces. Add a small amount of rice bran and mix it evenly as a loose substance in composting.

(4) mix the loose matter such as rice straw and feces according to the weight of 10RV 100 and spread a fertilizer pile of about 6m, 1,5m wide and 20cm / 30cm thick on the cement floor.

(5) sprinkle a thin layer of rice bran or wheat bran on the fertilizer pile, then sprinkle with EM spare liquid, sprinkling 1000ml to 1500ml per 1000 kg of fertilizer.

(6) in the same way, lay a second layer on top. After each pile of fertilizer is covered with 3-5 layers, it is covered with plastic film to ferment. Turn once when the temperature in the fertilizer pile rises to 45 ℃ ~ 50 ℃. It usually takes 3 or 4 times to complete. After completion, the general fertilizer has a lot of white mildew and a special fragrance, which can be applied at this time. It can be handled in 7-15 days in summer, 15-25 days in spring, and longer in winter.
