Cauliflower

Cauliflower has developed root system and strong regeneration ability, so it is suitable for seedling raising and transplanting. It is easy to suffer frost injury below 0 ℃, but it is difficult to form a flower ball above 25 ℃. The growth of foliage and bolting and flowering should be warm and the suitable temperature should be 20-25 ℃. It is usually planted from September to November every year.

The growth temperature of radish stems and leaves is 5 ℃-25 ℃, and the optimum temperature is 15 ℃-20 ℃. The growth temperature of fleshy root is 6 ℃-20 ℃, and the optimum temperature is 18 ℃-20 ℃. When the temperature is below minus 1 ℃-minus 2 ℃, the fleshy root will be frozen. It is generally planted in mid-late September.

4. Chinese cabbage

Chinese cabbage is a native vegetable in China, which has a long history of cultivation. Cabbage is more hardy and likes cold climate, so it is suitable for growing in cold season. The seeds are usually sown from late September to late October. Chinese cabbage is suitable for planting in loam, sandy loam and black loess which are rich in organic matter, but not in sandy soil which is easy to leak water and manure, let alone in clay with poor drainage.

It was mainly planted in autumn, sowed from late August to early September, and harvested from November to March of the following year.
