Wuhan Lingquan Temple seeks for the fate of people and vegetables 3 hours later,"humble begging for mercy"
During the epidemic, not a few people chose to save themselves by production. Kindergartens sold kebabs and cinemas sold popcorn. Temples are no exception.
@ during the epidemic of Lingquan Temple in Wuhan, I opened up wasteland to grow vegetables, but I didn't expect that I could not eat it all at once. Yesterday (10), I sincerely invited local people to pick a limited amount of food in the temple.
With such "arrogance", it is obvious that the temple underestimated the power of foodie. Only three hours after the blog post was released, Lingquan Temple "humbly begged for mercy": everybody calm down. There is not enough food in our garden.
Picture from @ Lingquan Temple in Wuhan
Wuhan Lingquan Temple is located in Longquanshan Scenic spot of East Lake High-tech Zone in Wuhan. It was built in 749 AD and later destroyed in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is one of the temples with a long history in Wuhan and even in Central China. After its reconstruction in December 2001, Lingquan Temple is now a monastery of monks, covering an area of more than 140 mu.
According to our video report of the Beijing News, in order to "save themselves" during the epidemic, the temple rented a piece of wasteland with nearby villagers to open up wasteland and grow vegetables.
Lingquan Temple staff said that they planted a total of 20 mu of land, all the vegetables do not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, in this season the vegetables grow well and quickly.
The official blog is very approachable, sharing the recent situation of farming with netizens from time to time, making everyone feel a wave of "cloud growing vegetables".
With Buddhist music, the picture of monks and villagers fetching water for irrigation looks peaceful and peaceful.
There is also a scripture sowing machine in the vegetable field, giving vegetables and melons a 24-hour edification of "raw vegetables".
Listen to the Buddhist sutras grow up vegetables are probably very "Buddhist": whether you eat me, I am here, neither sad nor happy …...
The temple originally wanted to eat by itself, but who knew that accidentally opening up wasteland was too large and growing too many vegetables, and even the temples in the urban area had donated a circle, but the supply still exceeded the demand.
In the end, it is really "less monk porridge", so if you can't finish the food, you have to rot in the ground. Yesterday (10) noon, Lingquan Temple in Wuhan posted a blog post inviting local people to come to pick fresh vegetables.
Only 10 people can make an appointment for reception every day, such as eggplant, green pepper, cowpea and cucumber. You can pick 10kg of 5MUR and tie the knot with happiness.
See this blog post, netizens one by one is eager to try: repair "greedy" …... Oh no, this is the chance to practice Zen!
There are also people who are greatly inspired by their thinking, thinking that this dish can be regarded as "light" when they grow up. Won't it be possible to "prolong life" and "become a Buddha" by eating it?
In the warm atmosphere of the comment area, there was a kind of spider staring at the Tang monk with a smile.
Unexpectedly, Lingquan Temple, which received so much attention, was stunned: hundreds of Wuhan citizens had booked to pick vegetables in a short time, and the popularity was unexpected.
In just three hours, the originally domineering Lingquan Temple changed its "humble and weak" tone and sent a blog post to netizens to "beg for mercy." the monk in the temple / Yamashita's precepts was accompanied by a flat picture of "as if to die":
"everybody calm down. Otherwise we will have to buy some food next month. "
After only three hours, I couldn't stand it. Such a dramatic change made netizens laugh bald: masters, you know nothing about the power of foodie.
How about the next wave of calls for men and women to come and grow vegetables? One person one mu of land, Castle Peak into grain land, so as to enter the cycle perpetual motion machine mode.
The staff of Lingquan Temple said that they wanted to form a happy relationship with you on a small scale, but they did not expect that netizens were so enthusiastic. Now they have booked hundreds of people. The vegetable garden will be open for picking today (11th), but the staff are worried that the fruits and vegetables will not be received enough, and then they will make some adjustments according to the reservation.
Netizen: this is simply master's personal explanation of "the impermanence of the world"....

Why are truffles so expensive? Yield sparse truffles are extremely picky about the growth environment, and once the sunlight, moisture and soil pH in the growth environment have changed slightly, the truffles may not be able to continue to grow. Scarcity is precious, truffle is good for growth.
