"I didn't know it was imported tea!" Chen Lixue tearfully bowed and stressed that she would be responsible to consumers, promising unconditional recovery and double compensation. She frankly admitted that the price of organic tea was so high that after 15 years of organic tea production, she could not catch the low-and medium-sized consumers. When she met the tea merchant in the middle of the exhibition three years ago, she declared that "this kind of tea is very good" and the price was cheap, so she wholesale this tea to the other party to sell it.

Prosecutor Xie Changxia, director of the Taitung District Prosecutor's Office, said on the 11th that in February, he received a report from the Food and Drug Administration that "Taitung Jiafang Tea Company is suspected of selling overseas tea as high-grade tea in Taiwan." prosecutor Lin Yong personally went to the store to conduct an open and secret visit. after buying tea to collect evidence and send it for identification, he confirmed that he was suspected of fraud and other crimes. After requesting a search ticket, he launched a search and summons on the 10th.

On the 10th, the Taitung District Prosecutor's Office, together with the Science and Technology investigation team, the first investigation team and the Taitung Branch of the Criminal Police Brigade of the Taitung County Police Department, together with the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Food and Drug Department of the Taitung County Health Bureau, searched the residence of Chen Lixue, Su Yinde and his wife in Mingfeng Village, Peinan Township, Taitung County, and seized 282 jin of tea and other items suspected of being mixed with tea on the spot. Four people surnamed Su, husband and wife, and employees were subpoenaed and questioned. After the inquiry, they were informed that Su and Chen were released on bail at 100000 yuan.

Chen Lixue stressed that although 282 jin of tea was seized, not all the products were mixed tea. She was deeply sorry for damaging the reputation of Taitung Tea, stressed that she would not evade this mistake, and hoped that consumers' confidence could be restored again.
