Since 1998, it has continuously promoted the "New Taipei City Industrial Tourism guidance Transformation Plan". The guidance team provides software and hardware transformation plans such as theme planning, space display, business strategy and marketing promotion, and actively guides the transformation of New Taipei City factories into "sightseeing factories" and "industrial cultural centers". This year's tutoring program will be accepted until November 5, and factories in New Taipei City who are interested in transformation will join the ranks of industrial tourism.

He Yiming, director of economic development, said that in order to assist the transformation and sightseeing of traditional factories, the municipal government led the country to launch omni-directional transformation counseling services. In addition to providing software and hardware transformation planning, the tutoring team also actively integrated cross-bureau resources for joint marketing, leading sightseeing factories to attack the leisure tourism market, promoting sightseeing factory light travel activities every year, and connecting with school outdoor education and career exploration, so as to promote industry-government-school cooperation. Successfully promote the popularity and brand image of the tourism factory, and create more profits for the industry.

At present, there are 24 sightseeing factories and industrial cultural centers in New Taipei City. Among them, the century-old sock weaving enterprise "Wu Fuyang socks Story", pastry DIY "St. Mary Denmark Bread Manor" and the "Hongzhou tile sightseeing factory" full of the beauty of ceramic culture in Yingge area are awarded as excellent sightseeing factories of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In addition, Hongzhou tile sightseeing factory featured tile art merchandise "perfect Ring" and "Miyue Little things-Baby clothing Group-Collection memory Series Gift boxes" worn by Jade Beauty pregnant women were also selected as the first choice and handmade for the festival of the tourist factory in 2021. The Economic Development Bureau said that sightseeing factories are helpful for enterprises to cultivate brand culture and sustainable business transformation. In addition to preserving industrial value and enhancing awareness, turnover has increased by at least 20%. Applications for this year's counseling transformation plan will be accepted until November 5. Applications can be submitted as long as the industry has educational value, has a legally registered factory in New Taipei City and is expected to develop industrial tourism in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The New Taipei City government will arrange special personnel to assist in diagnosing and evaluating the development conditions.
