Mitsui revealed that it will officially operate in 112, when it will provide a rich variety of catering services.

Mayor Lin Zhijian said that Mitsui Group decided to settle in Hsinchu Wenchuang Hall, aiming at the middle and high-end consumers in Hsinchu area. At present, the municipal government and Mitsui Catering Group have completed the agreement. According to the contract, Mitsui's catering operation period will reach 40 years, which is estimated to increase the revenue of the city government by 10 million a year.
The Hsinchu Municipal Bureau of Culture added that the Bamboo Cultural and Creative Hall is located on the Fifth Road, close to the interchange road, the Taipei Hsinchu Station of the Taiwan Railway and the Qianjia Station of the Liujia Line, with good traffic and living functions, only 10 minutes away from Bamboo Branch and 8 minutes from the urban area, and unlimited business opportunities with convenient transportation. The museum is located in Zhuke X Park, where many software companies will be stationed in the future, combined with the surrounding international performance center, children's exploration hall, waterway intake exhibition hall, etc., to create an excellent art and cultural rest field for citizens.
