Correct selection of edible fungi with safe production
Edible fungus itself is a variety of fungi with short growth cycle. If chemical pesticides are used to control diseases and insect pests, it is easy to cause drug damage, and it is easy to produce pesticide residues, which reduces the safety of edible mushroom products. Therefore, the use of chemical pesticides is generally not recommended in the production of edible fungi.
If insect pests occur, chemicals in line with the "safety standards" stipulated by the state must be selected, and the use of highly toxic and efficient residual pesticides must be put an end to. The concentration, dose, times and safety interval of drug use must be within the range of safety indicators, and it is strictly forbidden to use drugs when mushrooms are in bed.
