Can flowers be fertilized with agricultural chemical fertilizer?

Flowers can be applied agricultural chemical fertilizer, but in an appropriate amount, its concentration should not exceed 5% in general, otherwise it will burn the roots of flowers, and in serious cases, it will cause flowers to wilt and die. In a narrow sense, flowers refer to different colors of flowers and grasses, and in a broad sense, it refers to herbs with ornamental value, including ground cover plants, flowering shrubs, flowering trees, bonsai, greenhouse ornamental plants and so on.
