How does the snow bloom?

Xiangxue orchid is a kind of beautiful and fragrant flower plant. Because of its wide variety, rich color and high ornamental value, it is very suitable for family pot cultivation, or for landscaping and beautification. But for flowering plants, it is the direction of the majority of potted friends to let them bloom smoothly and smoothly as scheduled.

Xiangxue orchid has a long flowering period and can generally bloom from the end of winter to the end of spring. 1. Reasonable control of lighting

Xiangxue orchid is a short-day flower plant that likes sunshine with sufficient optical fiber but low intensity. And the sunshine time should be controlled within 12 hours as far as possible, with 8-10 hours as appropriate, so as to provide light guarantee for the smooth differentiation of flower buds. If the light time is too long, it is easy to delay flowering, and may even lead to non-flowering.

Second, raise the temperature appropriately

The flowering of Xiangxue orchid is not only affected by light, but also restricted by temperature. Xiangxuelan generally needs to differentiate flower buds successfully in a relatively low temperature environment, but if the temperature is too low, the plant is easy to go into dormancy. Therefore, we can increase the temperature within a reasonable range to promote flower bud differentiation.

Compared with light, the regulation of temperature is more critical. In general, the higher the temperature in the low temperature environment, the more conducive to flower bud differentiation, thus blooming earlier; while the lower the temperature is not conducive to flower bud differentiation, thus delaying flowering.

III. Use plant growth regulators

Plant growth regulators can not only promote the formation and differentiation of flower buds, but also increase the number of flowers. However, plant growth regulators are not omnipotent for flowering and need to be used scientifically. Xiangxue orchid can be sprayed with a dilute gibberellin solution with a concentration of 0.002%, and the new inflorescence can be drawn out after 1-2 weeks.

Not only that, the use of plant growth regulators, the premise that fragrant snow orchid must grow strong enough. As the branches and leaves of Xiangxue orchid are relatively soft, in the process of growth, in addition to creating suitable growth conditions, especially the satisfaction of light, it is also necessary to pick the heart or top in time to promote branching, sturdiness and dwarfing, so that the plant can grow strong enough.

By taking the above three measures to strengthen the management of potted sweet cherry, as long as the method is correct, scientific and reasonable, combined with normal daily maintenance, fragrant orchid will be able to form flower buds smoothly and bloom gorgeous and fragrant flowers as scheduled.
