Pingan tree is an evergreen foliage plant, both has a good ornamental value, but also has a good role in greening and beautifying the environment, very suitable for planting as a potted plant. However, if it is raised at home, it is easy to grow luxuriant leaves because of its developed roots and rapid growth, but at the same time it is easy to make the plant grow too large, so when it grows to a certain height, it needs to be beheaded to dwarf, thus promoting the germination of lateral branches.

The decapitation of Ping An tree is generally carried out before germination in spring. After decapitation, its main growth points will be dispersed to the trunk, and it will save a lot of nutrients, allowing nutrients to flow back to the trunk, thus accelerating the germination of new buds. However, sometimes due to poor growth environment, in the spring germination season, there are slow germination, few new buds, or even no germination. So we're going to germinate it at this point, so?

The most important factors affecting the germination of Pingan tree are usually light, temperature, humidity and nutrients. Therefore, in order to do a good job in germination management and make the plants germinate, sprout and scatter leaves faster, we usually need to focus on strengthening the management of these aspects. Let's take a look.

I. Light

Peace tree likes light, but also more tolerant of shade, but must ensure sufficient light during germination, otherwise it may affect its germination. The spring light intensity is not large, even if the sun will not burn it. In order to promote germination, it is necessary to provide sufficient light as possible. Moreover, the temperature in early spring is sometimes relatively low. Increasing the light can also increase the temperature in the pot, so that the plants grow more vigorously and germinate faster.

II. Temperature

Peace tree likes warm but not cold, if the ambient temperature is too low, it will often affect other sprouting buds to a great extent. And early spring temperature is often unstable, sometimes there will be late spring cold and let the plant freeze, which will affect its budding. Therefore, temperature guarantee is an important condition for the safe tree to sprout quickly after beheading. Generally, it is necessary to keep the ambient temperature stable at about 20°C as much as possible.

III. Humidity

Peace trees like wet growing environment, long drought will also affect its germination. Moreover, plants also have certain requirements for air humidity. If the air is too dry, it is also unfavorable for their growth. Moreover, after we cut off its head, part of the water in the plant will also be lost from the wound site, so it is more necessary to spray water on the trunk of the plant to moisturize. If necessary, watering can be combined with spraying, which is more conducive to plant germination.

IV. Fertilizer

Although the peace tree does not like big fat, thick fat, especially raw fat, but it also likes fat. As long as we can control the concentration within a reasonable range, timely topdressing for its germination and growth can play a great role. Therefore, in the germination season, we must supplement some fertilizer from the beginning of germination. Plants tend to germinate and grow leaves more easily when they have sufficient nutrients.

Of course, in order to make the beheaded peace tree germinate faster and better, it can also be bagged in early spring, which can keep warm and moisturize at the same time. However, after the buds come out, they should be opened in time to exchange air, so that the buds can breathe fresh air, so as to avoid the buds being suffocated, and they can also be watered or sprayed with water to moisturize.
