How to judge whether the rich tree is still alive?
The rich tree is a kind of plant that is very afraid of stagnant water. its root system is not only underdeveloped, but also very weak, so it is easy to rot when overwatered. If it is not rescued in time, it will die gradually. But sometimes when we see its branches and leaves withered and falling off, especially when it becomes a bare trunk, it is not easy to tell whether it is still alive or not.
If we see that it is still sprouting and growing leaves, there is no doubt that it is still alive. But sometimes the plant becomes a bare pole and there is no sign of sprouting and growing leaves, does that mean it is dead? Perhaps, when many people see its branches and leaves withered or finished, they will mistakenly think that it is dead.
In fact, the wealth tree is not as fragile as we think, its vitality is still very tenacious. In addition to direct pruning and cutting propagation, even if its rhizome is rotten and its head is dry, as long as the stem is good, it is still expected to save it. As long as we protect its stem and deal with it correctly, it is expected to take root and survive in about a month after re-cultivation.
Of course, there are many ways to judge whether the rich tree is still alive, but some methods are not advisable, otherwise the plants that are still alive may also affect their normal growth or even accelerate their death because of our improper operation. Therefore, we need to find a way to judge its survival state without affecting its growth.
First of all, we need to observe the state of its branches and leaves, if there are no leaves, we need to check the root system, and finally check its stem. And the next method can be used only if the previous examination method cannot tell or determine whether it is still alive. However, no matter how we check it, we generally can't take it out of the basin directly to find out, otherwise even the living rich tree may be affected by our improper operation.
Therefore, although it is impossible to judge whether it is or not by observing the branches and leaves, we can judge it according to the root. But it is not suitable to take off the basin directly, and the simplest and direct way is to gently blossom the bark of the rhizome to see if it is still green. If it has rotted or decayed, and the branches and leaves have dried up or fallen off, it can usually prove that it is dead.
But if the bark of the root part of the tree is still green and damp, it can be judged that it is still alive, at least at this stage. Therefore, we need to check the timely adjustment of maintenance and management methods according to the current situation, and then scientific maintenance to let it sprout and grow leaves again.
