100 organic teas will be unveiled at Nantou World Tea Expo! The Tzu Xin Organic Agriculture Development Foundation undertakes the 2nd "Organic Tea theme Pavilion". It selects 100 organic tea farmers from all over Taiwan to bring white tea, green tea, oriental beauty and other good teas, and sets up a flavor wheel based on the Taiwan Tea Classification system (TAGs), so that visitors can follow their preferences and flavor according to the clues.

Chen Chi-jung, director and secretary of the Agriculture and Food Administration, says that there are 299 organic tea farmers in Taiwan, and this organic tea theme restaurant includes 1/3 farmers. "the quality of organic tea will not be lost to that of habitual tea, but it is better for the body and the environment, and people should drink more tea!"

The Nantou World Tea Expo has been held for 11 years, and so far it has accumulated 500000 people. Last year, the Tzu Xin Organic Agriculture Development Foundation organized an organic tea theme hall for the first time, which received enthusiastic response from tea farmers and the public, so it was continued this year. The exhibition will be held from October 9 to October 18 in Zhongxing New Village, Nantou.

At present, the total area of organic tea cultivation in the country is 422 hectares. Chen Qirong said that the total area of tea cultivation in the country is more than 12000 hectares. Although organic tea accounts for only 0.3%, it has grown from more than 300 hectares in previous years to more than 400 hectares. It shows that consumers' demand for organic tea has grown. "the total planting area of tea farmers on the spot is 217 hectares, accounting for more than half of the total area of organic tea in Taiwan."

Su Murong, CEO of the Tzu Xin Organic Agriculture Development Foundation, said that in the past, there was no special distinction between organic tea at tea fairs. Organic tea farmers coached by Tzu Xin privately expressed the hope that organic tea could be independent, rather than being submerged at the exposition. Organic tea theme pavilions began to appear last year to help farmers promote them.

Su Murong explained that when it was first held last year, the Organic Tea Farmers' Association was worried about the limited results and hesitated to participate, so only 60 of the 100 organic tea farmers were actually enrolled, but consumers responded enthusiastically and tea farmers were affected.
