What if the orchid drops its bud?
First, raise the temperature
1. Reason: most orchids can't stand the cold. If it is kept in a position that is too cold during the budding stage, it may cause its bud to fall early and not bloom.
2. Treatment: transfer the plant to a warmer room for maintenance, preferably at a temperature of 20-25 ℃. It's better for it to blossom.
Second, increase the sunshine
1. Reason: because it is not resistant to strong light, it usually needs to be raised in a semi-overcast position. But when it comes to the budding stage, if it is still kept in the semi-shade, it may fall off because of lack of light.
2. How to deal with it: it should be moved to a position where there is soft sunlight for a long time. In addition, you can also turn on a light near it to make up for the sun.
3. Fertilizing
1. Reason: its bud needs the support of nutrients in order to open smoothly. If it is not allowed to accumulate enough nutrients at ordinary times, and there are not enough nutrients in the plant material, it may drop buds because of the lack of nutrition.
2. Treatment method: spray some compound flower fertilizer containing phosphorus to supplement nutrients. However, it should be noted that flower fertilizer should not choose the species with too high nitrogen content.
