According to most people's experience, regardless of plant size, soil should be changed at least once a year. For the mature and flowering Clivia, it is appropriate to change soil twice a year in order to keep the permeability and nutrient balance of pot soil.

As for clivia pots, they can be determined according to plant size. If the proportions are right, use either new or original pots.

When using a new basin, it is best to soak it in water for 1 ~2 hours. If the original basin or old basin is used, the necessary cleaning should be carried out to maintain the permeability and appearance of the basin for Clivia.
