This year's (109) Hakka Culture Festival includes three series of activities, such as "Moonlight reunion Music Banquet", "Hakka Opera Tour" and "Straw creation Competition". It focuses on Hakka cuisine and craftsmanship to let everyone experience the charm of Hakka culture. the city government will also continue to hold various activities to let Hakka culture be passed on from generation to generation, and the younger generation will be closer to Hakka, making Taoyuan the first Hakka village.

Mayor Zheng Wencan said that among them, the "Moonlight reunion Music Banquet" is scheduled to be held in the square in front of Jiang Gong Hall in the new house on September 26. This year's banquet takes "the real name system of the guesthouse" as the theme. "real name system" means that every ingredient in the banquet can be traced back to its origin. and combined with Taoyuan's local agricultural special products, three grapefruit cuisines are launched, with a total of 70 tables of 2000 yuan per table. This year's "Straw creation Competition" is scheduled to be held on October 17 at the rice field in front of Qingqian in Sankeng, Longtan. 5 to 10 people from each team and a total of 50 teams are open to register.
