How to raise orchids in spring
First, keep warm
In the spring maintenance of orchids, we must pay attention to keep warm. Because it is not freeze-resistant, it is best to keep it in a warm house. Try to keep it between 20 and 26 ℃ during the day and no less than 15 ℃ at night. If you want to leave the room, you should not leave the room at the beginning of spring until the temperature picks up in April, otherwise it will be frozen.
2. Keep semi-overcast
In spring, it will begin to grow, so it needs to provide it with a certain amount of sunshine. But because it is not a particularly sunny plant, it can receive more sunshine when the light is softer in early spring. In the full spring, the sun has been relatively strong, it is necessary to properly shade, it is best to put it in a semi-overcast position to maintain.
Third, change the basin for ventilation
At the beginning of spring, its flowerpot and plant material can be updated to ensure that the orchid plant can always grow on the right substrate. After officially entering the spring, it should be placed in an environment with certain ventilation for maintenance. This can reduce its chances of suffering from insect pests and enhance its growth.
