The differences between Dishuiguanyin and Qianshouguanyin mainly lie in leaf shape, plant shape, growth habit and distribution area. The leaves of Dishuiguanyin are ovate halberd type, without cracking, and the plant type is broad, which can adapt to cold environment, while the leaves of Qianshouguanyin are palmate, the plant type is tall and straight, and the environmental requirements are slightly higher.

How to distinguish between Dripping Guanyin and Thousand Hand Guanyin

1. Blade modeling

There is a big difference in the shape of Dripping Guanyin and Thousand Hands Guanyin. The leaves of Dishui Guanyin present pointed egg halberd type, relatively wide and thick, and the body size is larger, while the leaves of Qianshou Guanyin present palm-like cracking type, relatively small, close to oval shape, and the same as Dishui Guanyin evergreen.

2. Plant modeling

The plants of Dripping Guanyin and Thousand Hand Guanyin are also different in appearance. Because the trunk stem is relatively thick, and the leaves are wide, generally even if it grows to a height of 3-5 meters, there are only 4-5 leaves, but the leaves of Qianshou Guanyin are smaller, the branches are slender, and there are often dozens of leaves on the tall plants.

3, growth habits

The best growth temperature of Qianshou Guanyin is between 20-30 degrees Celsius, and the lowest temperature can only withstand 10-15 degrees Celsius, while Dripping Guanyin can withstand temperatures of about 8 degrees Celsius. Qianshou Guanyin also needs very fertile soil and comfortable environment. Dripping Guanyin only needs a relatively cold and ventilated environment.

4. Distribution area

The thousand-hand Guanyin is mainly produced in Guangzhou, widely distributed in Bangladesh and Thailand, and loved by Southeast Asian countries. The thousand-hand Guanyin is widely distributed in China, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hunan and other places. Some of them are also planted in Guangxi. Therefore, the adaptability of Dripping Guanyin is stronger than that of thousand-hand Guanyin.
