He called on the central government to abolish the district expropriation system as soon as possible, and the Hsinchu County government should also terminate all disputes.

"since it is a major national construction, why is the process so hasty?" Chen Yixu believes that this process has violated procedural justice. In addition, 40 hectares of land are planned to be allocated to Jiaotong University for free, seriously affecting the rights and interests of residents. Before this case, there were five other expropriation cases related to the establishment of schools, three of which were national universities, including Jiaotong University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. However, of the 20 hectares designated by National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, only 7 hectares are used to build a building, and the rest of the campuses are unable to complete the construction. NTU only came to build one building, and even the second phase of NTU directly changed the site into a green energy industrial zone. "Taida said it would invest NT $5 billion, but later it didn't come. The Hsinchu County government said it would be changed into an AI intelligent industrial zone, and the remaining campus of National Taiwan University also said that it would change the site."

Chen Yixu said that the residents could not be trusted by such repeated changes, and repeatedly asked the Hsinchu County government and the Ministry of Education that there was no response. "the expropriation case was passed, and the metropolitan committee did not check it." Chen Yixu lambasted that the government had repeatedly expropriated land in the name of major national construction and the establishment of national universities, and the Hsinchu County government had lobbied under the guise of home visits, constantly persuading residents to agree to development with the idea that "agricultural land is worthless." as a result, some landlords have also joined the ranks of speculating land prices. The vacancy rate in Zhubei area has always been among the highest in the country, which has something to do with section expropriation.
