Share France summer vacation is not over, today's market is slightly deserted, and the number of vendors opening is only 1/4 of the usual number. Fortunately, I only need to go to the pork stall today, but the usual stall is not open, so I visited another one that I had never patronized.

In France, pork stalls sell not only fresh pork, but also processed meat known as charcuterie. The French word charcuterie refers to processed meat based on pork, but also includes beef, sheep and poultry, usually with salt as the main seasoning and antiseptic material. As for the parts, it includes the head, hooves and internal organs, and so on. Generally speaking, the word "cooked food" is translated into Chinese, but it is not very accurate, because sausages cannot be classified as cooked food. Here, let's call it "processed meat", right?

Today is mainly about tasting fresh food-buying enema. There are four kinds on display in their window, and I bought two of them: original flavor and vanilla flavor. as for the other two, I have no chance this time, so I'll see you next time.
