Dripping Guanyin leaves become soft and wrinkled
The phenomenon of softening and wrinkling of leaves in dripping Guanyin may be caused by low temperature, insufficient fertility, too little watering and improper lighting. When the temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius for a long time, the fertility in the soil is exhausted and not replenished in time, the watering frequency is too low and the water is insufficient, and the light is seriously insufficient, which will cause wrinkled leaves and soft leaves.
The cause of wrinkling and soft leaves in Dishui Guanyin
1. The temperature is too low
Dishui Guanyin is a kind of plant suitable to live in a warm place, and its best growth environment temperature should be stable at about 20-30 degrees Celsius before the plant can grow healthily and healthily. If the ambient temperature is lower than 15 degrees Celsius or even 10 degrees Celsius for a long time, the plant will produce wrinkled and soft leaves because of frost injury and low temperature.
2. Lack of fertility
Dishui Guanyin is a kind of fertilizer-loving plant. In the peak season of its growth and development, thin fertilizer is applied to it every 15 days to supply its huge nutrient consumption during the growing period. If the fertility in the soil is exhausted, and we do not apply fertilizer in time, the abnormal phenomenon of softening and wrinkling of plant leaves will occur.
3. Too little watering
During the growth and development of dripping Guanyin, we need to keep its basin soil in a slightly moist state, and if the climate is too dry, we also need to spray some water mist to keep it humid. if we water too little for a long time, make the plant in a state of drought, the leaves of the plant will wrinkle due to lack of water.
4. Lack of light
Dishui Guanyin likes to grow in an environment with sufficient scattered light, and it needs light to carry out photosynthesis. if we put Dishui Guanyin in a dark place for a long time, the leaves of the plant will gradually become soft and wilt. this is due to dysplasia caused by insufficient photosynthesis.
