Wei Shengde, director of agriculture in Yunlin County, said that flower farmers are facing the dilemma of unsalable sales due to the impact of the epidemic. Yunlin County cooperates with the Agriculture and Food Administration to promote the revitalization plan of the flower industry, combined with Huwei Town Peasant Association, Dazheng Township Peasant Association, Gukeng Township Peasant Association and Sihu Township Peasant Association to purchase florists and flowers. Through the skillful hands of florists, flower growers have been arranged in Dulu Railway Station, Yunlin County Labor Recreation Center (Goose Mother Goose Children Paradise) and Yunlin County Mansion. Today, through the flower exhibition at the Yunlin Story Hall, apart from decorating the county's public facilities and venues, it also promotes the revitalization of flowers to improve the domestic market, increase the consumption of characteristic flowers in Yunlin County, cultivate people's flower habits, and make life full of happiness.

Liu Hsin-Liang, director of the Yunlin Office of the Central Branch of the Agriculture and Food Administration in Yunlin County, points out that when the world is hit by the COVID-19 epidemic, Taiwan's flower exports are also inevitably affected by international flights and usage. In view of the revitalization of the flower industry, the Agriculture and Food Department, in addition to previously sending potted flowers to thank front-line epidemic prevention personnel such as medical and pharmaceutical bureaus, promoted flower shows in stations, public organs, and other public places, and at the same time encouraged temples and campuses to use and buy domestic flowers, hoping to increase the use of domestic flowers and help flower farmers make a living.
