Changes of dead fetus and placenta: fetal hydrocephalus and subcutaneous edema in swine B encephalitis; abnormal fetus with toxoplasmosis and classical swine fever; hydroperitoneum, subcutaneous edema and placental suppuration in fetus with brucellosis; leptospirosis and brucellosis, dead fetus rarely mummified; anatomical ileocecal buckle swelling in pigs with classical swine fever, hemorrhagic infarction at the edge of spleen Porcine blue ear disease has different degrees of pulmonary hyperemia and edema, and the lung tissue shows diffuse brown lesions.

4 prevention and control measures

At present, there is no good drug for the treatment of porcine reproductive disorders, which mainly depends on vaccination. Prevention of porcine parvovirus: first-born sows and bred boars were vaccinated 1-2 months before breeding. Prevention of Japanese encephalitis: attenuated or inactivated vaccine is injected into reserve sows at the age of 5 ~ 6 months, twice a year, and other pigs should be injected with inactivated vaccine one month before the advent of the epidemic season. Prevention of porcine pseudorabies: vaccination of sows before mating and about 1 month before parturition. Prevention of classical swine fever: breeding pigs were vaccinated once every half a year, piglets were immunized twice at the age of 20 and 60 days, and advance immunization was used in the epidemic areas of classical swine fever. Prevention of brucellosis: quarantine surveillance should be carried out at least once a year and be eliminated as soon as it is found.

Treatment of leptospirosis in pigs: it is found that diseased pigs can be treated with streptomycin or gentamicin intramuscular injection. Oxytetracycline is added to the feed, about 1 gram per kilogram. Prevention and treatment of porcine toxoplasmosis: it is forbidden to raise cats in pig farms. It can be prevented by mixing with sulfa-6-methoxine for 3-5 days, and it can also be treated by intramuscular injection of sulfonamides.
