Cultivation points of Flower Narcissus blooming on time

Flower daffodils are mostly used in the environmental decoration of Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Valentine's Day and other festivals. In order to make them bloom as scheduled, we should pay attention to the following points:

First of all, choose the appropriate bulb and water culture time. Generally speaking, it is better to choose a bulb that is large and slightly flat, because such a bulb contains more buds and blossoms more in the future. As enough nutrients have been stored in the bulb, the growth process only needs to keep the water quality fresh, so it is suitable for water culture.

The time from the beginning of water culture to flowering is 25 to 40 days, and the specific number of days is affected by various conditions. Different regions can determine the time to start soaking bulbs according to the climatic conditions and time needs of the region. Take Zhangzhou daffodils as an example. For example, New Year's Day needs water to raise flowers for 40 to 50 days, and it takes 25 to 27 days for flowers to bloom during the Spring Festival.

Secondly, light is an important factor affecting the flowering of daffodils. Daffodils like light, and environmental shade will delay the florescence of daffodils. At the initial stage of water culture, it should be kept in a cool place of 10 ℃ to 18 ℃, and then moved to a place with plenty of sunshine after the new roots grow. In the process of water culture, it is necessary to ensure that the plant receives not less than 6 hours of direct light every day. The effect of all-day sunshine is better if it is conditional. When it is found that the flowering period of the plant is in advance, it can be shaded properly to ensure that it blossoms on time. In addition, basking in the sun can make the flowers and leaves of Narcissus thrive and improve their ornamental value.

Third, flower daffodils like warmth, avoid high temperature, and are not resistant to cold. It grows well in the temperature range of 5 ℃ to 20 ℃ and has high ornamental value. If the ambient temperature exceeds 25 ℃, it will cause dumb flowers. In the process of water culture, the temperature in a day should have a change of 7 ℃ to 8 ℃, avoid constant temperature. In addition, frost should be strictly prevented during the cultivation, otherwise the leaves and flower buds will be yellowed and their ornamental value will be reduced.

Fourth, after the daffodils bloom, we should try to avoid the flowers from receiving direct sunlight, because too much light will shorten the life span of the flowers. Keep it in a slightly hotter place during the day and move it to a shady place at night to make the flowers bloom longer.

Fifth, in the process of aquaculture of flower daffodils, attention should be paid to the problem of dumb flowers. If the selected bulb is of poor quality or serious mechanical damage and does not change water frequently, lack of sunlight, high temperature, constant temperature, etc., will cause dumb flowers. To the dumb flower phenomenon, we should prescribe the remedy to the case and prevent it.
