(2) No eggs can be ovulated

1. No follicular development: sows are born with oocytes, and anovulation means that follicles cannot develop into mature follicles due to various factors.

Common in: ovarian hypoplasia, indiscriminate use of aphrodisiac drugs and malnutrition.

2. Ovarian hypoplasia (also known as Turner syndrome): it was first described by Turner in 1938, accounting for 6.5% of repeated infertility, caused by nonsegregation of sex chromosomes in spermatocytes and mother cells of boars, a hereditary disease, gonadal developmental disorders in animals, and the ovaries were replaced by striped fibrous tissue; eliminated.

3. Random use of oestrus drugs: each reproductive hormone has a specific use and time point of use. Some farmers, regardless of whether they are backup or parturient sows, do not consider various inducing factors and feed "estrus powder" as long as they are not in estrus. And there are many kinds of estrus on the market. Once you buy inferior "estrus powder" containing only hormone drugs such as diethylstilbestrol, it will cause only estrus and no ovulation in sows.

4. the influence of nutritional factors: too high or too low feed energy and protein will cause sows to be too fat or too thin.

Hypertrophy: fat infiltration in the ovary, steatosis of follicular cells, follicular atrophy.

Too thin: feed protein deficiency, sows can not provide the necessary raw materials for follicular growth.

Vitamin and mineral deficiency: can cause ovarian degeneration or atrophy without ovulation.

Mycotoxins: such as zearalenone causes false estrus and affects placental development.

Is it the problem of sows or is it the problem of repeated infertility in sows? Do you know?
