"V" font

Cherries hang on the outside of the scaffolding and are easier to pick.

Erect branching tree (UFO, erect branching fruit)

The trunk is pulled down to keep level with the ground and fixed with scaffolding so that the branches can grow upright. The distance between the branches is about the width of a palm, so that the air can be ventilated. Once the branches are too thick, they will only grow leaves and not bear fruit. In this case, you need to cut off the branch, replace it with the next branch, and fix it to the scaffolding. This planting method is suitable for use in smaller courtyards.

Fan tree

Let the trunk grow upright and the branches bend outward and then straighten up. This planting allows the trees to grow on the same plane and keep the distance between the branches about the width of the palm, similar to the shape of the UFO tree. The disadvantage of this method is that it is not easy to take care of, the branches grow disorderly, and it is difficult to determine which branches need to be pruned or retained.
