Due to the limitation of specific environmental conditions, the daily maintenance and management of potted flowers is much more tedious than that of land flowers, and it is also the key to success or failure. The following points should be paid attention to in daily maintenance management:

First, watering. Potted flowers can live entirely by artificial watering. When watering, we should first understand the water demand habits of flowers, and also consider comprehensively according to the weather, temperature and humidity, plant size, pot soil texture, pot size and other factors.

1. Watering water. The watering amount of potted flowers must be treated differently for different kinds and different stages of growth and development, and different seasons should be mastered for different watering water, generally according to the degree of moisture from the basin table to the bottom of the basin. Avoid watering waist water (upper wet and lower dry) and pit water (stagnant water at the bottom of the basin), and avoid the loss of soil and fertilizer in the basin hole, resulting in voids in the basin core, which seriously affect the growth and development of potted flowers. In addition to normal watering in spring and autumn, water should often be sprayed on the leaf surface and the ground to increase environmental humidity and prevent tender leaves from withering and flowers withering. In the pot of the new seedling, when the big seedling falls into the basin, because the root system is damaged to varying degrees, it is appropriate to plant it well with fluvo-aquic soil (one clenched into a pile, one knead is scattered). According to climatic conditions, do not water thoroughly within 4-48 hours, which can speed up the healing of root wounds, promote plant rejuvenation, prevent rotting roots, yellowing defoliation and plant rejuvenation, prevent rotting roots, yellowing defoliation and plant shrinkage and deformation. When the basin soil is too dry due to drought or missed irrigation, resulting in the shrinkage of young leaves, the flowerpot should first be placed in the semi-shade, slightly watered and sprayed with a little water, after the stems and leaves stand up. And water it thoroughly. In case of continuous overwatering or continuous rainy days, the whole potted flowers can be removed from the pot when the soil is too wet, put it in a cool, ventilated and sheltered place, distribute water, and spray a small amount of water to the leaves, and then return to the pot for maintenance after 3-5 days of plant recovery.
