If you want the orchid to grow vigorously, you must first ensure that the temperature is suitable, which is the best between 15 and 25 degrees; secondly, the humidity is appropriate, and the higher the temperature is, the greater the humidity is; then the light is appropriate, scattered light is appropriate, and avoid strong light; then it is suitable for watering, and it is suitable for water according to different periods; finally, appropriate amount of fertilizer is applied, mainly mature organic fertilizer.

1. The temperature is suitable

It likes the humid and semi-overcast environment and is afraid of the cold. When the temperature is below 5 degrees, it will enter the dormant period. Therefore, the best temperature for its growth is between 15 and 25 degrees. If it is greater than 30 degrees, the plant will no longer grow, and the leaves will become very long and dense, greatly reducing the ornamental value. So in summer, it should be properly shaded and sprinkled on the surrounding ground to achieve the effect of reducing the temperature. Then wait until winter, to give it a month of low temperature environment, the temperature of 5 degrees is the best, and then gradually warm up to facilitate its flowering.

2. Appropriate humidity

When it is in a high temperature environment, you can increase its humidity. For example, when the temperature is 25 degrees, the humidity can be guaranteed at 50%. When the temperature reaches 30 degrees, the humidity needs to be increased to 65%, so as to meet the water needs of leaves. However, the humidity should not be higher than 90%, otherwise the leaves will grow too long.

3. Suitable lighting

It prefers astigmatism to glare. In indoor maintenance, as long as you can meet the general lighting needs, but do not let the indoor light is too dark, otherwise it will affect the glossiness of the leaves. At the same time, it can not be exposed to strong light, especially in summer, to give it proper shade, otherwise the leaves will appear yellowish brown stains.

4. Proper watering

In different periods, the water it needs is also different. In spring, if it is raised indoors, it can be watered alternately with dry and wet water. If it is raised outdoors, it can be replenished in time as needed. In summer, water should be properly watered and sprinkled on the ground next to the basin to reduce the temperature. In winter, the amount of watering should be reduced appropriately, but the amount of water should be adjusted according to the temperature.

5. Appropriate amount of fertilizer

It doesn't like fertilizer very much, but before flowering, it needs to increase the amount of fertilizer, mainly mature organic fertilizer, and in the spring, it should be combined with changing pots and adding base fertilizer. At the same time, the Spring and Autumn period is the most exuberant period for its growth, so it is necessary to give it more fertilizer, and then in summer and winter, it can appropriately reduce the amount of fertilizer and avoid fertilizer damage.
