The degree of fully ripe oranges is about 12-13 degrees, the juice extraction rate is about 45%, and the acidity is lower than that of Valencia. Red flesh willow should be regarded as a kind of blood orange, but in foreign countries, blood orange is cultivated in areas with higher latitudes, and the colder it is, the more blood red it is (because its flesh is red with anthocyanins), so it is so named. In relatively cold areas, he is a very tasty fruit, but after being introduced to Taiwan, because we are considered a subtropical country, the red meat has a lot of water and sugar, but almost no acid. Compared with yellow meat, red meat has almost no acidity at all. So some people call it "apo mandarin", that is to say, old people who are afraid of sour dare to eat it.
