And in response to the 2021 Taiwan Design Exhibition in Chiayi, the Chiayi Environmental Protection Bureau helped the community to upgrade from a single greening concept to a space form of multiple interactive dialogue. Chiayi City Environmental Protection Bureau said that through community planners and local residents to participate in environmental transformation, in 2020 this year by the loyal community-Yinzhong Chuanliu, won the "Architectural Garden Award"-community cultural landscape construction award known as the Architectural Academy Award; in addition, Taiping Community and Houyi Community won the Architectural Garden Award-Community Cultural Landscape Construction Award in 2017 and 2019.

In order to welcome the 2021 Taiwan Design Exhibition in Chiayi, expand the concept of community greening to take root on the ground, improve aesthetic literacy, and connect the new silk road of urban culture, the Chiayi Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau has arranged 120 hours of free community planner training and study courses this year. After the study is completed, it will celebrate the presentation of the achievements of the highlight community in the form of a table in October.

Through the architect's teaching of the macro aspect of the understanding of the city, the study course is led by the lecturer into a micro on-the-spot inspection, and integrates community characteristic resources and human history, including fieldwork, participatory design, workshops and other courses. and through the implementation workshop, students can actually participate in community building work.
