Phalaenopsis should be cultivated with a mixture of bark, pine needles, moss and other substances. It can generally be raised in a slightly shaded position and given fat every 7-10 days or so. Water can be watered more during the growing period, but water should be controlled during the dormant period. If you want its flowers to bloom longer, you can spray some water on its flowers and air roots every day.

I. Culture methods

1. Plant material: Phalaenopsis is an epiphytic plant, so it is not suitable to grow on ordinary flower soil. When raising it, it is best to mix mature bark, pine needles, moss and other substances as its plant material.

2. Sunlight: it is not a light-loving plant, so it prefers a slightly shaded position to a position with strong light. When raising it, we should pay attention to shading, so as not to have a bad effect on it by strong light.

3. Nutrients: during maintenance, some flower fertilizer should be used for it every 7-10 days to make it get more nutrients. However, be careful not to apply too high concentration of flower fertilizer, so as not to affect its roots.

4. Moisture: its growth needs the support of water. Therefore, when it is in the growing period, it should supply water in time. But because it doesn't grow up during the dormant period, it doesn't have to be watered too much.

Second, how to prolong the flowering time

1. Spray water: it likes the environment with high humidity. During flowering, spray some water on its flowers and air roots with a spray can every day to prolong its flowering period.

2. Make up the light: when it blossoms, you can slightly prolong its time in the sun. This can also help it prolong its flowering period. However, it must be noted that it must be allowed to accept mild light, not strong light, otherwise it will be very disadvantageous to its flowering.
