When growing fruit, the appropriate environment and natural conditions have a great impact on the yield, especially for fruit trees such as cherries. If you want to grow cherries locally, you must find out whether the environment is suitable. Many growers have a large yield gap. To a large extent, it is affected by environmental factors.

1. Growth environment

The adaptability of cherry itself is still very strong, and there are traces of planting in many places, but most of these places are grown by rural people to eat, and the yield is relatively low. The altitude of the planting place tends to be relatively low, most of the hills and flatlands in the south can be considered, and it can be considered at an altitude of about 300-500 meters. Like to compost the soil layer, and the soil layer should be thicker, but the viscosity can not be too high, it is best to take a certain nature of sandy soil, so that there is a nutritional basis.

Cherry trees are also sunny fruit trees, which can basically survive when the temperature is 15-30 ℃, and it is easy to cause problems when it is exceeded, so this also brings restrictions on the planting of cherry trees in many places. The dormancy period of the cherry tree itself is very short, if the winter low temperature period is too long, it is not recommended to plant, because with the passage of time, the cherry tree will recover quickly, if the low temperature period is long, the fruit tree will freeze to death. The demand for rainfall is not very high, and now most orchards can solve this problem through irrigation, but a long period of drought will lead to a decline in the quality of the fruit, which is generally acceptable when the rainfall is about 700mm to 1000 mm.

2. Natural conditions

When planting cherries, in addition to natural factors such as temperature and humidity, there are also some natural factors to be taken into account, such as strong winds, dry season, rainy season, and so on. The cherry tree is one of the fruit tree varieties with the worst resistance to the gale, the general cherry tree does not grow big, and the fruit is relatively small, the gale weather will drop the fruit very seriously, and there are many flowers blooming in the flowering period. You can basically blow it off in windy weather, choose the planting site as the best leeward, so as not to fail just because of the gale.

As mentioned earlier, cherry trees like breathable and relatively fertile soil, so natural drought and stagnant water will have a greater impact on planting, general minor drought and short-term continuous rainfall can seriously threaten the yield of cherry trees. In the event of a larger disaster, mass death is also normal, then if the local situation will be more frequent, it is not recommended to plant, such output and guarantee is not high. Secondly, if the local land salinization occurs, it is best to solve this problem before planting.

These are some of the needs of cherry trees for their growth environment and natural conditions, which is why there are people who plant cherry trees in many places, but the output on the market is still so small, because they are basically impossible to sell in many places. You eat it yourself, and you have to consider these factors if you want to plant.
